If I was OC'ing in that range, I'd be getting a cooler from a better brand than that.
I'd personally get something better and stick a high quality LED fan on it. And yes, I would say that it would fit though, but no way to be sure unless you ordered them and tried it.

Could you suggest a cooler that is in the 50-100 price range? And would fit inside that case I mentioned?

DHCP is a protocol that assigns an address to a device within the stated addresses, or so I think.

Pro-opinion on this thing?
My friend is looking at it, and he is wondering if it's all a letdown for it's price, or if it's actually good enough to play decent games, such as Diablo 3, StarCraft 2, and other similar titles.

His max budget is $600, so I'm wondering if there's anything better for a pre-built, because his dad is dead set on the fact it needs to be pre-built.

without flash would be useless, you'd barely see the lights anyway.  there are red lights pointing inwards illuminating the GPU, PSU and MOBO, and two front intake fans.  all are red except for the two outtake fans on both the top and back near the CPU.
