Depends on your motherboard, PSU and CPU really.
If your system can take it I'd look at this; http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1gb-xfx-radeon-hd-7770-dd-core-edition-4500mhz-gddr5-28nm-gpu-1000mhz-640-cores-displayport-dual-lin

XFX edition cards are pretty reliable and high-performance, though personally I'd stretch an extra £30-ish and get a GTX 560, they're pretty cheap these days and are very high performance for the price-range

What's the easiest way I can give you more information on my CPU, motherboard and PSU for compatibility reasons?

Ok so I have a AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz
Motherboard is GA-MA785GT-UD3H
Memory is 8GB

I made it myself, no idea what the PSU is, it's probably good

You can try and download EVEREST

Opening the case, checking dxdiag, looking at the boxes the parts came in or giving me the computer model if it was prebuilt from someone like Dell which I can easily find the specifications for.

Just downloaded that and looked at it, it was listing several of my parts incorrectly even though all other programs I've used can list them correctly

"it's probably good" will not do, if the PSU is too weak to handle the new GPU it wont work

Yeah, just take the side off your case, the total wattage should be listed on the side-sticker.

Looking at the motherboard specifications, and knowing that the Phenom II 965 is pretty badass since I use one myself you should be able to handle both the card I posted and a GTX 560 no problem so long as your case can fit them and your PSU is around 600w I'd guess

Thats weird, never really had a problem like that... hmm...

I know another program that lets you check your CPU, Motherboard, and RAM, but it doesn't check GPU.

I have the Pure Power 630w modular myself, you should definitely be fine with what I posted as long as your case is long enough

Case is

Antec 300 Three Hundred Case

You think that'll be long enough?

Based on the reviews that case is just big enough to house two HD 6970's, which were one of the longest GFX cards ever made if I remember correctly.
It should be more than enough.

Also, I'd look into buying some dust-filters to put over the fan port on the very top of that case, based on the reviews it could result in a very dusty motherboard after a while

Your joking right?
Well, of course you can run it max with like probably 80+ fps.
