Oh yeah, I totally forgot. You need a valid .edu email address for it or be enrolled at a participating high school.

Here in Sweden you can also verify with your Mecenat-card if you are a university student.
Also the fact of that WinServ doesn't even come with DirectX or any sound-card drivers so for most people on here it would probably be completely irrelevant.
