external test build, connected CPU, RAM, GPU, PSU, connected to monitor. power button, all fans go, number thing on motherboard goes up to 99 then says A3, then A9, then stays on A6. Monitor showing nothing, can't find motherboard speaker, do you have skype?

With FPUs (the AMD llano series) it uses the onboard video chipset in conjunction with the dedicated for boosted performance. That's why it's such a great deal.

What is the motherboard resting on?
If you don't have a proper test bench, then the next best bet is to put it on top of the motherboards box to prevent shorting.
