guys your picking your GPU is way to overpriced, buy like a GTX 560, or a GTX 670.
Lol, his first computer is was over $3000, he clearly wants something that is awesome and future proofed. Buying the second rate stuff will not do.

i dont need 1TB of space, or a SSD.

Are you kidding me, what's wrong with extra space. An SSD is almost required for higher builds like these and I find it funny how you were opting for a 500gb SSD meet you're saying you don't need and SSD. You want the bet erformance for 3000 and HDD and SSD combo is your choice. Trust me.

Buy 2 Nvidia gtx 680 cards instead.
You'd also need something like a 800w psu

Once I ordered a GeForce 6800, a long time ago. so when UPS shipped it, the GPU was broken and it couldnt work.

worst day of my life.

-Goes into computer mega thread
-Tells people what he doesn't need

Good luck with that.

hows that?
also, about the 512 GB SSD, i did not see that it was a SSD.

EDIT:
Remember, i am going for a balance of price and performance.
