The registry keys, programs and other junk will still be on the respective partition.

That's the thing, there is so much junk it would be better to just format it somehow and keep the OS.

Did some research, why don't you just reinstall your Windows? As far as I seen it's fine to reinstall the Windows as many times needed on the same PC.

So using some compressed air i dusted the forget out of my computer, and now my games run at 68c -ish. Using two monitors, game on one and browser/steamstuff on the other, is that an ideal temp?

That second monitor has no effect on temperature, that temperature should be fine for your computer though.

You might want to give it a good dusting and clean out the fins on the cpu heatsink, mine got super clogged and it caused my computer to overheat.

You might need the windows disk or a restore disk you made, I can't remember.
