i say the guy who hit the kid and kept going should be of concern.
everyone else, so what.

the world dosnt care how nice you are. maybe you can sleep better at night knowing you are helping others, but not a single other person cares that you did. and you are no better in life for having done it. however going out of your way with concern is at its own risks.

they would assume its one of the millions of homeless dirty people. i have stepped over (sleeping?) homeless people before. without any concern. age shouldnt change that. not even a parent with the child. street trash is street trash.
