My friend has the Solo version of them.
They don't sound bad at all. But they could be a bit more rigid for their price.

I don't like solos sound compared to studios....But i like the size.

I have never been a big fan of headphones. I like speakers much more to be honest.

Beats are loving worthless. My Bose ($95) and my Sony ($80) headphones run circles around these Beats pieces of garbage. The Beats have muddy mid range, flat high range and weak bass. These headphones are an absolute joke, a ploy for money using a rapper as a vehicle.

Just more overrated crap geared towards the youth. They do look kind of cool though--but that's their only strong point.

Sennheisers are amazing. Klipsh are pretty good too.
I must say that high end Logitech stuff sounds amazing too.
I haven't heard anything as good as my Logitech G35s.
