Did you try the dynamap? those have been known to take a toll on servers because it updates in real time, nice if you've got enough resources but not so hot if you're nearing your limit. I've installed optifine but it didn't feel like an FPS problem. I've also gone and shut down other things that could potentially be stealing bandwidth (phones, xbox, other people's computers)

The fact that nobody else seems to be lagging leads me to believe it's a client sided issue for you.

Make sure you have a fully up to date version of Java installed, and check your download/upload speeds at speedtest.net. If you're on a PC, you might also try making javaw.exe a priority in task manager.

he used fly hacks to fly into my base and steal all of the stuff in my chest execpt for 5 pumpkins
and he's been messing with my farms

edit: now idk how but he found our secret chest and stole our 40 gold a stack and a half of iron and like 4 stacks of redstone.
