Prove yourself to be a consistently responsible, reasonable member of the server. You need to be active on the server, of course, and demonstrate an ability to assist other users and answer questions. You must have a clean record (no bans, no trouble).

The issue with Racivor and Kennilyn is solved. I didn't expect to have problems with them again, but neither of them have proved mature enough to handle being a part of the server without causing havoc of some kind.

I could be on more than I currently am, what with EOGs and whatnot, and I have a clean record here.
