Registrations hasn't proved to be a deterrent in people joining. Believe me, registrations is not the issue.

like i said before, events would make more people want to join. i don't mean the kodleepvp stuff, that's too hyped and uncommon. people join, fight, then leave. smaller, regularly scheduled events make people want to play more.
