I only think we should ever cut budgets on the military when all the troops are home and nothing is happening. We've already made enough budget cuts to the military for healthcare and welfare.

I only think we should ever cut budgets on the military when all the troops are home and nothing is happening. We've already made enough budget cuts to the military for healthcare and welfare.

I'm unsure about where all the money in the military budget goes specifically, but I know that our military budget is at least five times of the next highest, which is China. Since the invasion of our country is highly unlikely I think we should reduce the size of our standing army and sell more excess arms to friendly democratic countries.

They die for other's freedom. However, they need to stop picking fights with whoever the forget they want too. Vietnam made sense, as South Vietnam didn't stand a chance (and now SV does not exist), however, the generals were dumbasses. The USA probably could have won if we had stopped richarding around.
