cops wearing diapers is at least ONE of the worst decisions a police department could make for its officers, aside from the obvious budget cuts regarding uniform changes (not wearing pants, uniform shirts too small) and the general handicapation of rookies not wearing hats and veteran officers wearing leggings i mean what the forget kind of police department would forget up its own officers like that
