It looks like Tripwire is rehashing the Summer event and adding the Halloween event at the same time!

It seems that the the Summer achievements can be obtained again, as with the new Halloween achievements!

you get another chance to unlock Steampunk Mr. Foster, and if you get all the Haloween achievements, you obtain the
Commander Chicken!
