Personally I think it would be a great addition to the forum. A whole section dedicated to tutorials. Maybe something a little like this?

Tutorials
Event Tutorials Tutorials involving events and how they work.
Building Tutorials Tutorials involving building.
Add on Tutorials Tutorials involving weapons/vehicles/decals/etc.
Forum Tutorials Tutorials on avatar pictures/etc.

I know there's already help but this would be for writing up tutorials for others to view, not asking how to do something.

That's already in the game's tutorial everything else will be a good idea.

This game is about building however you want.  Part of the fun with Blockland is experimenting in brick arrangement and that sense of discovery when you move past the "all the walls are 1x1x5s" phase.

Possible tutorial names in the building section.

How to make better trees
How to make rocks
How to build a ball out of bricks

Some people may not be able to figure some of those things out.
And besides, its not like you have to follow the tutorials, its just for if you need it. That's the whole reason I think a tutorial section would be great, for if you need them.
