This is pretty simple. For those of you that have ever  Lego Loco in your past, you will quickly understand this.

Here's how it works:
Say I plant these bricks...


Then I place a ghost brick that covers the bricks...


Then, I plant the brick...


The brick I just planted would delete the bricks I originally placed.
