Got an AT&T Impulse 4G for my birthday

It's really awesome.



But I have some questions about it.

1. How do I download music from the internet onto it? I have it hooked up to my Pc and stuff.

2. How do I stop downloading an app I don't want?

3. When I go to download an app, it gets stuck on "starting download"

4. How do I view my active downloads?

It uses the Android 2.2 OS.

EDIT: As we speak my sister is holding her phone up to my mom's computer recording the song like a G6 for her ringtone. I told her she could just download it for better quality but she yelled at me and called me dumb.
