On topic: I calculated that Facebook gained users 20000 times faster than radio did lol. Think about that. Now think about the stupidy you see on facebook. Now imagine that becoming socicially acceptable at a rate you can't even imagine.

You also aren't taking into account the 2 billion people alive when the radio came out withe the almost 7 billion today, and that spreading by internet is a lot faster than delivering expensive radios to households across the country by train and setting up lines and frequencies for it.

I didn't say everyone who uses facebook is stupid. Hell, I use it. I'm not saying anyone shouldn't.
But facebook tends to favor the lowest common denominater in every possible meaning of the phrase...

Just saying guys. Facebook (or whatever service would have been created were facebook not made first) has had a huge impact on our socicity.

Also, I wonder if zuckerberg has ever edited peoples posts on there for the lulz.

Myspace was like, the stuff until Facebook came along.

Had it not been for Facebook, Myspace would have been Facebook, but everyone though fb was generally better.

Facebook is influential for friends and family, hence why so many people have one.
Naturally, I just use mine for homework assignments, since I could just talk to people at school.
