Yes I am, it was a cruel joke.

Is an iPhone 4S only $200?

you still post? holy stuff.

also your dad must have a cactus up his ass or he might just be a selfish prick lol.

That can't be true. You're saying this laptop of mine that I'm posting from, though I paid $350 for, is technically property of my parents?

No.
yes

yes

going with bisjac on this.

Your parents legally own everything in your house until you're 18. so basically the 200$ and dork's laptop is theirs. they just let you have it. even if they let you have it its actually still theirs lol.

yes
That... I have no words. Where in the constitution does it say that minors are excluded from property rights?

And then there are some parents who are richards

I dont think a 12 year old can purchase, and own land.

even when you suddenly turn 18. you cant just move out with items from your bedroom as yours.

they arent necessarily yours until officially gifted. most parents, its just an unspoken thing and it becomes yours.

no. just no.

Property rights are given to a legal member according to the age of 18. forget what the constitution says, using it is not really much of a valid argument.

or they just give it to you if you consider that gifting. depends on your point of view, but basically this i guess?

lol what a child. suddenly he thinks hes got the rights of an adult.
the constitution dont work that way bro. a child does not have anywhere near the rights of an adult.

plus every one that lives under a roof does not own the house and the contents within it.
learn to real world.

quick question. don't you get adult rights legally at the age of 18? a bit confused on the matter.

Property is anything you can own.

That document is 150 years old, and therefore is invalid.

yes but the house and it's contents arent suddenly yours.
plus even in a household, as someone's private property (not yours), you dont YET have all the rights of a public citizen.

kids just love the fantasy of turning 18 and doing as they please lol. it dont work that way.

meaning, you are 18 and stilll living with your parents. you dont have all the rights you just think you earned yet.

I know a girl with an abusive father. A good friend of mine is really good friends with her, and he tells me about the abuses her father commits. He's contemplating loving her dad up because of some of the things he's done to her.

He's told me more than once that he beats her, and that when she received offers of soccer scholarships, her father forbade her from participating in soccer.

This isn't to say that your situation isn't forgeted up, but it could certainly be worse.

The roof I live under isn't mine, and nowhere have I said that, But the things I pay for with my own money are mine. Problem Br0?

your assumption is incorrect. I stated it invalid since you attempted to argue a document that didn't state what you were attempting to ask/state. exclusion has nothing to do with the fact of the matter.

-snip-

thanks for clearing this up imo.

Problem Br0?

die. please.
