Satisfaction comes from completing great things, such as planting or defusing the bomb, being the top player on your team, getting the winning kill, and so on.
Oh, and also from knifing one of those jackasses that just run around with ballistic knives, the irony is delicious.

Also, I hate some glitch in WaW. when i get my gun up quickly and shoot with a guy in front of me, It does not hit him or anything. I was aiming at his head, Because of this, I have to shoot twice to kill an enemy.
