It seems to be working, it's just rather boring, with the ball model, and no sounds.
I also don't think the blue energy effect would be possible.
It also needs some minor adjustments

Random idea, What if when it swaps targets it spawns a harmless explosion that emits a blue flash and such.

Are there any specific conditions under which it switches targets? I just have it following the closest person within maximum range

Players can carry a smoke emitter when "burned", why couldn't a small bot carry a blue glowing emitter?

We've actually had these. they were back in v14 and were just item mines. somewhat nice yeah.
as for roller ball, nice idea. I want that cute ball Headcrab Zombie has.
