The damage needs to be seriously nerfed. Make the explosion radius about the size of a tank shell.

Lord Tony believes in extreme weapon uniformity. He wants it to be a different version of the Rocket Launcher. Seriously, this weapon's damage is what makes it special and not like every assault rifle remake out there.
