I'm getting close to hating Minecraft

I just got it a few days ago. I don't know how many times I had to reinstall it just because everytime I wanted to install a mod it would crash the game. Most mods need Risugami's Modloader thingy and when I install that instant-crash when I start minecraft. But I learned to fix that by installing ModLoaderMP with it so that wasn't such a problem. But now I try to install Audiomod so I can install the PokeMob Mod and boom instant crash after I test to see if I would even crash after installing AudioMod. Why is Minecraft like this? Why do installing mods have to be so difficult and complicated. I know alot of people here like Minecraft but I dont like it all that much. Installing mods is a pain and its too many crashes you have to reinstall the whole game and I KNOW ABOUT BACKUPS! Its just that repeated installing so annoying! How did your first try with installing mods go?

good. You can try using Mycraft it is basically minecraft but you just drag the .zips or .jars in and done it runs off of your .minecraft to :D

Yes I deleted META-INF. But thats the problem. I download the Client Version always. It seems like when i'm installing ModLoader, whenever I delete META-INF, my minecraft will just crash when I start it.

It's ridiculously easy to install mods for minecraft.

It amazes me that some people can't drag and drop files in the correct places and delete META-INF (if thats the case)

I bet some of you have some ultra-sophisticated admin settings because it's your parents' computer and you can't modify files in hidden folders or something so stupid.

There is no reason your minecraft would crash if you installed modloader correctly. I've done it for ~10 of my friends and even for people on the internet over teamviewer, and nothing went wrong what-so-ever.

Are you putting the readme files in with the other files as well?
