I know it was a joke from reading the comments, but it was still really off-putting to see that right as I started the show to check if it was something I would want to watch. I'm not a fan of mecha anyway, so the show didn't have much of a shot to start off. It could be a neat idea to add easter eggs into the subbed versions of shows, however.
