Recently finishes Samurai Champloo and Trigun.

Amazing
I'm almost done watching Samurai Champloo. It has been great so far. I've seen all of the Trigun episodes and the movie aswell. Recently I just started reading Trigun Maximum, it continues after the story in the anime once you go past the chapters that the anime already covered. I'm currently on Volume 2.

Favorite anime that I watched in 2012: Boku No Piko Guilty Crown
Worst anime that I watched in 2012: Tonari no Kaibutsu kun

On a side note, Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru looks promising and I'm anticipating the rest of its release.

EDIT: Sword Art Online was also overrated as stuff.
DOUBLE EDIT: I really recommend adding http://www.animecrazy.net to the thread. It's a really good site.

?!?!?!??!?!!?

So yeah, I just watched BTOOOM! and while the first 11 episodes are okay, the ending sucked.

?!?!?!??!?!!?

I hated all of the characters, it was poorly paced, the premise of it was just kinda lame in general, and it did nothing to differ itself from other harem anime. I think I'd rather watch School Days. (not really)

That's because the anime caught up to the manga and had to wait. I wouldn't expect season 2 until next year if not the year after that. BTOOOM! was fun to watch; it's like Micheal Bay the anime.

But it wasnt a harem anime. Also please dont say that last part even as a joke. ;-;

doesnt funimation do the subs/dubs?
Yes Funimation does subs and dubs for anime. They are one of the main English dubbing companies that put out a lot of English dubbed anime per year as well.

I dont think the ending sucked, I just think that they created a bridged for the second season. I hope they do make a second season :'c

Yeah I just realized that it wasn't a harem after I posted. I was thinking of something else for some reason. Regardless, my point still stands.

It felt like the pace suddenly changed, it was nice and slow up until the last episode when it became wayyy to fast. I understand the bridge, and all, but I think they could have used better episode planning, they tried to cram much too much in the last episode.
