I need a new anime to watch, but I don't know very many shows.

I have seen Avatar:  The Last Airbender and Legend of Kora, Afro Samurai, Cowboy Bebop, and Samurai 7.  My favorite being Cowboy Bebop and my least favorite from this list would be Avatar:  Legend of Kora.

Based on those shows which anime should I check out next?
