What do you know, I was just going to ask for some suggestions on good "Mecha" anime. So far, i've seen a clip of Gasarki on youtube and it looks cool. Code Geass used to air on Toonami, but I never sat down to watch it. Both seem to have more "realistic" mechs, in a sense.

Code Geass R1 is great, R2 is pretty crap but it's worth watching to finish the story.

Never watched Gasarki, it's on my list though.

If you haven't watched Macross or Eureka Seven by now, DO IT.

I haven't seen Macross, but i've heard of it. It's related to Robotech, right?
As for Eureka Seven, i've seen a few episodes but I can't remember anything about them, so i'll start from the beginning with that.

Robotech was the American adaption of Macross, yeah. They also added a couple of other unrelated stories and turned it into a full story, which differs almost completely from Macross.

So i watched darker than black season 1 and 2, but i didnt fully understand season 2 because it looks like i missed an OVA inbetween the seasons.
