Eh only in that sense though.

Titans are (or were atleast) far more dangerous than a Walking Dead zombie. Titans also have more mysteries behind them and humans can turn into titans. The zombies are only dangerous because of their contagiousness and mob mentality.
If anything I'd say Terra Formars was more like AoT.
