TV Series with End of Evangelion is one continuity. "Director's Cut" versions of TV series episodes 25 and 26 contain some edits from the Death and Rebirth compilations. People like to debate over whether End of Evangelion is a replacement or a compliment for the original TV series ending. I like to think of it as the latter.

Rebuild movie series (1.11, 2.22, 3.33) are a new continuity. 1.0 is the original theatrical release, 1.11 is slightly updated. Same with 2.0 and 3.0 with 2.22 and 3.33
