Why don't people like Oreimo? I thought it was supposed to be full of incest, and everyone just thought it was gross because of that, but I've been watching it and it's just jokes. There's not even any real stuff going on.

kirino is stuff
kuroneko is stuff

really, the only things that show has going for it are production values in the first season, a good opening for the first season (because ClariS), and decent character designs. the writing isn't great and none of the characters are likable. if anything, the show is stupidly popular for no reason.

the first season was entertaining enough and the OVAs were pretty eeeeeh, second season was dumb and the second season OVAs are gutter trash

I think the show is pretty fun, not always the best but it has a decent enjoyment factor throughout it. And the incest.
