I watched the entire series last year or so. It's an entertaining time waster but it gets to be a little much. The whole お前はもう死んでいる thing gets old on the minions rather quickly and the big bad boss fights are few and far between. It's also the stylistic prototype for 80s manga and anime so that's off-putting for a lot of people; big muscle buff dudes and shoulder pads everywhere.
