My headphones keep draining and changing the songs

After I stopped playing TF2 to look at what new was on Spotify, my headphones started to make the songs sound different. (And this isn't because I haven't heard the song before.) I also can't hear the singing sometime, and then the song is instrumental but has slightly less volume.

Does anyone know how I can stop this?

Check your sound settings to see if the headphones are only playing left or right sounds. I had this problem too and if that doesn't fix it change the slot its fin.

They are obviously cold and most be warmed up with a flamethrower.

On my computer I turn down stuff to check. The sound is now up to 100 and I can hear the right lyrics without any missed, but the sound keeps still going down.

I broke my $50 Sennheisers like 6 months ago from this. Then I bought a crappy Microsoft headset for like $20 and those broke because the cord twisted up for no reason and eventually ripped itself out.

Try turning the jack a bit. My headphones sometimes 'fade out', and I can usually fix it by turning the jack. By 'turning the jack', I mean rotating it a bit while it's still plugged in.

Get the sony Headphones. I had them for months and they're still good. The trick is to find a headset that isn't short in length. Tugging on the audio cords will ruin it.
