Suggestion: try a new hobby you know you will suck at. Here's what happened for me. My art is stuff. When I try to draw stuff, I end up doing really bad jobs, then I go back to my music with inspiration from my own frustration. So try music or something, that way, it'll make you feel better about your art.

Just want to add that the stuff you draw is absolutely incredible. That birthday present portrait was absolutely perfect in my sight, and I know a good bit about critiquing art. You probably think there are a bunch of horrible, glaring mistakes, but it's fantastic anyway.
