I have been tasked to paint an album cover for a metal band called Demise
this is my current WIP

They want an angel with broken wings on the cross so I'll be doing that next once I get their thoughts on the current design

That cross has weird proportions.

I listened to the main theme about 10 - 20 times painting this, way too long if you ask me

and that was the 9 minute long one from the menu

I think that's the kind of style that Hawf likes to use, it already seems like he already spends quite a while on his pictures judging by how it looks

looks like he's put in a hell of a lot more effort than you do with your art. sounds like artist envy on your part
