I know it's bad for me, but otherwise I'm pretty healthy. I eat like four or five pieces of fruit when I get home, then have vegtables at tea. Plus for lunch I eat pretty decently, I never just have chips and sweets like everyone else does. Basically soda and maybe one sweet and the only fatty things I eat (I don't even eat ready meals). All in all it balances out.
Also: Energy drinks are bad for you, stop drinking them b&w.
