Author Topic: Pixel creations  (Read 2418 times)

Hey guys I have recently been making Pixel art on Paint. this is my first time and they look pretty good for a novice. So, I was wondering if anyone does Pixel art or am I just stupid? I like it and I would like tips on how YOU do your pixel art. Here are my first to creations.

Blockhead Movie theater employee:

Spaceship( My very first one.)

You can rate X/10. REMEMBER, these are my first two ever made.

if you like em feel free to take them.

Meh, those aren't really too 8BIT.

They're not terrible, but they could use work. I would just try working out proportions first so the shapes look right. A good sense of size is always nice to have.
Other than that, not much I can tell you. Try out different sizes and mix some colors. Like dithering or something.

I just draw what comes to me

Thanks for the tips. I will try them.

What do you mean?

IMO the spaceship looks a lot better than the blockhead.

What I mean is that those look more 32-Bit rather than 8-bit.
You probably used 280x400.
I normally use 70x100.

Oh OK I didn't know what you meant for a second

bawmp.

Devil's angel rifle, anyone?

Too lazy to upload better pic.
