Could I run Saints Row the Third?

I would put it on the lowest settings, obviously, but I still dont want to spend fifty dollars without a second opinion.
If it matters, my comp runs MW3 with just a little lag on highest settings.

Co-Op Play:

If you're anywhere in that range you should be fine, and even if you have to run on low the game still looks fine on those settings. If you experience minor lag spikes while driving don't worry because this seems like a common problem according to Facepunch.
