The one thing I don't like seeing here is "wow you guys dont know what autism is".  Yes, I do.  I know like 2-3 people who have Autism and I've held conversations with them.  You're not a doctor and furthermore you cannot judge whether or not people know the definition of Autism or not.  If people fling the term around, great for them, but stop pretending to be the Keeper of Merriam-Websters.
