Yeah. What I'm basically trying to say here is...

Stop talking bad about Autism. Just, stop.
Some people here seem to think Autism = infinite stupidity of some kind

But no, that's not what it is. Sadly, many people still keep using autism as insults and just a negative way to describe something.

Twente Freak is autistic anyways.
Wow, are you autistic or something?
he was probably patrolling or some stuff

oh so he just happened to decide "forget this kids he's probably autistic" and stopped following you

oh man you know stuff? we've got a mr. omniscient here

That still doesn't change the fact that
A. 5 small bots can easily outflank and kill one large one
B. Everybody still hates you
C. You aren't Grimlock
D. You're autistic

Again used for something negative.

If you see somebody doing stupid things and you immideatly yell "HE'S AUTISTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", perhaps you should look up on wikipedia what Autism really is.

I have two autistic cousins.

I dont see the problem.
Its just as bad as calling someone ugly, or making fun of someones forum name.
Something you cant change about yourself thats extremely stupid and easy to make fun of.

Why are people suddenly getting all butthurt over this once they learned that kid was autistic? Do you make a thread for people to stop calling others fat? nope.

Exactly.
Just like once they found out he was autistic they all went from "wow youre such a cigarette noob" to "omg guys stop making fun of him just because he cant spell!"

literally nobody here knows what autism is

I'm slightly autistic

am I a horrible person yet

OP sounds so autistic

btw
autism is usually defined by lack of social skills
so we're usually not so wrong to call people autistic when we do

literally nobody here knows what autism is
looks like someone doesn't know how to use the word "literally"

oh nice one Ephi
this totally belongs here

literally nobody here knows what autism is
Does it matter. No one actually cares what autism is, they just use it as an insult because it gets their point across.

If I say "God are you loving autistic or something?" you'll understand what I mean

looks like someone doesn't know how to use the word "literally"

i am using literally because it is true
not a single person here knows what autism is

It's not just about that kid. I'm done with that.

I'm autistic as well, you know. It's pretty offensive when you see people using your disability as an insult.

Stereotypy is repetitive movement, such as hand flapping, making sounds, head rolling, or body rocking.
Compulsive behavior is intended and appears to follow rules, such as arranging objects in stacks or lines.
Sameness is resistance to change; for example, insisting that the furniture not be moved or refusing to be interrupted.
Ritualistic behavior involves an unvarying pattern of daily activities, such as an unchanging menu or a dressing ritual. This is closely associated with sameness and an independent validation has suggested combining the two factors.
Restricted behavior is limited in focus, interest, or activity, such as preoccupation with a single television program, toy, or game.
Self-injury includes movements that injure or can injure the person, such as eye poking, skin picking, hand biting, and head banging.[4] A 2007 study reported that self-injury at some point affected about 30% of children with ASD.
