It took time. I had to add like pinks and other color to kinda make it look like its popping out (3D).

No, it's not IMG2Brick. I can tell, it has a rough-edged appearance that is most likely not going to be found in regular images. Not to mention it actually looks like he made it himself. He probably just put the white part around it as a canvas

I Made a l;arge white box with 1x1f and then painted.
Throughout the project I also deleted some of the canvas and just built it. But I wanted to keep it.

You can obviously see the difference between these two images. The one that Darkmaster made has more shading and isn't and smoothly cut as the image you provided, not to mention his canvas has a different size. It's obvious he did make this himself.

As for suburb, you are wrong also, his avatar is not the same as pablo's, although it is similar.

Notice the difference between Pablo's and Darkmaster's, in Pablos the shirt pattern doesn't have the blue and green, while Darkmaster's does.
