RTB Request-Tabs for add-ons browser, and Rampaging vehicles update

It's simple, it's like tabs like google chrome where you can switch between pages, cause it gets annoying to wait for my mods to load after I just left it to check on some addons.

EDIT-
Rampaging vehicles needs a small update, where there's a pref on what kind of bricks can be fakekilled.
I need the baseplates, such as 32x32 to stay intact, because I've noticed on my urban TDM, they get knocked out pretty easily.
Wallbricks would be nice too, or better yet, a wrench option as to whether this brick can be fakekilled or not.

Ive had that problem too. Would be a nice fix. The Wrench option would do wonders for noob control lol.

It was just an example. I agree with this suggestion, but the rampaging vehicles mod update is definitely more desired. I hate vehicles creasing through building's roofs.

Seriously, who wants a mod that allows for vehicles to blast through stuff, yet stay on the baseplate without breaking it?
And what about tabs to switch between pages in RTB?
Hell, even windows or a start bar would be nice.
