Yeah, $5 is a better price for it. I already bought it anyway (honestly for some reason the achievements drove me to buy it - not the other features). I think if I remember, Steam representatives have a big part in choosing how much to sell it for though, so it's probably not the choice of the developers. EDIT: For indie games that is.
