Not necessarily, though you could look at it like that

I paid $5 for the bundle and got a bunch of games, but the only ones I really liked were Blocks That Matter and Isaac, so I suppose I sort of paid $2.50 for each of those

LOL, nope.  The game came out within like what, two weeks ago?  It won't be on sale for the same reason Arkham City, Saints Row the Third and Modern Warfare 3 isn't.
