is an awesome song

and you noobs, it's called spotify :D
aaaa thank you so much for reminding me to set up spotify again.

yeah spotify is awesome xD

Thanks!

By the way, I don't have anything fancy for a setup. I would recommend looking up anything that confuses you and maybe finding a complete beginning tutorial to start out with but it's great if you can also figure things out for yourself.

I used no tutorials and made this simple beat!!!

usually, the basic formula for your drums to not sound like stuff is to have a kick on the first beat, and a snare on the second and fourth.

stuff, my snare is right before the fourth :(

also I use kicks on all beats   D:

obviously what i said is just a base, and that adding onto it is recommended

otherwise a lot, and i mean a lot of songs would prove this false.

oh ok

so ive been using the program, and the sequences are really short D:

does buying full v. make the sequences longer? or is there something im missing

if you're using the demo, it's the producer edition minus the ability to save.

if you're talking about the pattern editor, right click whatever you're using, and select "piano roll"

also another tip, you'll usually find out a lot of things by clicking EVERYTHING

right clicking, left clicking, and middle clicking EVERYTHING that can be clicked
