If you tell an OP or guard who it was they can check the persons inventory and if it checks through you're stuff will be returned and they'll be jailed for 5m.

I just got banned for killing two guys after they were breaking the glowstone above the block 2 sandstone farm. Maybe it was the fact I was holding out a pickaxe when he saw me.

I didn't build anything anywhere. I got stuck in that sandstone tower in block 3 tree cutting, reconnected, and ended up outside the jail. Pretty damn stupid reason to ban someone.
