The update wont work for me, when it says to update to v5 and I need to restart for it to work, when I restart the same message pops up and its still v 4.8.

Then you must have a duplicate of it somewhere in your add-ons folder. Is there an extracted version of it? Are you putting it into the My Documents Blockland folder?
