What to use votekick on in Pecon's server

Apparently people are votekicking just for noobish reasons at Pecon's boss battle server. So I decided to post which reasons to votekick are okay and which are just making you a noob. Let's start.
Good Reasons

• The person being votekicked is AFK
• The person killed your sentry
• The person is on your team and keep pressing the self-destruct button the turret in the corner whenever you're controlling it.
• The person is healing the boss
• The person is camping (and, if on the normals team, is the only one left)
• The person falsely votekicked another person.
  

Bad Reasons

• The person you're votekicking is backstabbing the boss as spy(and you think he's cheating)
• The person has the power beam when he's not the boss...but it's in the shop
• You're saying the person is camping, but he's out in the open or dead.
• Just for testing votekick
• No reason

Especially because of those people who have managed to get full control of it by leaving and returning,, voting, then repeating multiple times.

I probably need a modified votekick, because there are still times when it is needed to get rid of a player who is afk or cheating and needs to be kicked in order for the game to continue.

If you're annoyed at being kicked too often then you shouldn't do any of the things that get you kicked.

Especially with the music stuff now. Gets so annoying when you just want to listen to YOUR music and still have game sounds. Fffffffff-
