I noticed that, in the Saxton Hale servers I visited, if neither the boss nor the players killed each other, it was a stalemate. Not one person or the other winning. So instead of giving advantage to the person who can run and hide better, how about making everyone a loser when that happens?

the bosses job is to get rid of ALL the competition.
So the boss wins if the job gets done, otherwise the boss loses.
