I think he is getting at Ike is an admin on Pecon's and he and some other people have said that he is a badmin. So they want him de-admined because he is bad...

Ike The Generic is a very bad admin. I was playing at a deadrun and a guy just joined in saying that he sucks and hes worse than badspot. basically he said that Ike banned him for half an hour because he said hes badmin while he teleported to that guy and killed him 2 times. I think he's just the worse admin I've ever seen ... That's my opinion. If i get banned for this that would be a very bad decision because I'm just saying how i hate Ike, not doing anything wrong towards the server.

I am certain Ike wouldn't randomly teleport to someone and kill them just for the hell of it. I imagine you've left out a reason that would justify killing that guy, and probably an argument where the guy in question was completely ignoring the reason while throwing the phrase "badmin" around. That's just a guess, though.

If so, he got banned again for insulting the server and insulting the admins.

These qualities apply to virtually everyone on the server. You're gonna need to do better than that.
