Is Oktoberfest that one Miniboss that has a Medigun? I think he's supposed to count as a healer.

Oktoberfest and Healers have reduced medigun receiving rates. This prevents medic chains from making the pair effectively unstoppable in certain scenarios. It's probably less of an issue now that the boss wins when time is up instead of the normals, but that's when it began.

Healer had slightly reduced rate when healing another healer, now it has the old rate of healing oktoberfest. And Oktoberfest can't be healed really now.

The reduced healing rate is ridiculous, I suggest testing things after adding them.

I did test it. Ultimately, though, I am literally incapable of fixing it with access to only the Medigun.
I'll go ask someone with access to the necessary script files.

At least lag no longer affects the rate at which medics heal.

Didn't think that was even possible.

I figured the ubersaw did a ton of damage considering it displayed a notification thingy in the chat when someone stabbed the boss with it
I kind of feel the same way about it. Don't forget the autocannon.
Yeah, if someone purchases the Juggernaut class the boss is basically forgeted unless they prioritize the Juggernaut and kill him in a matter of seconds before he can inflict any real damage
At low playercounts, any miniboss or just a simple competent overweight can destroy almost any boss. Once you start getting to about 12 or so, the runners and rocketmen come out, and unless you're able to dodge well, the knockback'll get you. After it gets to 18+ players, the boss starts to have so much health it's near impossible to kill them, unless it's like their first time as boss, or someone gets a lucky back/sword/wrenchstab. Especially Badspot, or Kaje.

Totally honest question, who is Trifornt? I've heard of the name before but dont know who he is.

Also, golden wrench doing 3000 damage if I remember correctly, that's a tad high.
